Villa Southwell is an elegant building on the very top of our gated community “Urbanizacion San Jorge” overlooking the valley of Guadalhorce and parts of the bay of Málaga.

Villa Southwell is situated outside of the small Andalusian town Alhaurin el Grande in a very quiet surrounding. It is well known for its healthy climate; the temperature in December to February seldom drops beyond 10ºC. In July and August it may sometimes reach 35ºC, however, due to the continous cool wind that always blows through the valley of Guadalhorce, it never becomes opressively hot.

Furthermore, it is a fact that Alhaurin el Grande – due to their rivers and natural resources – never experiences any shortage of water which is of great value in Spain.
